Over here at the Find Your Film podcast Eric Holmes and I are fans of director Jesse V. Johnson. I’d also like to think we have got Bruce Purkey on the Johnson train thanks to Avengement, Debt Collectors, and Hell Hath No Fury. The trailer to his latest feature White Elephant is now up. Michael Rooker, Bruce Wilis and Olga Kurylenko headline the actioner.

Gabriel Tancredi (Michael Rooker) is an ex-marine turned mob enforcer who is ordered by his boss (Bruce Willis) to eliminate the cops who have witnessed an assassination attempt. The trailer shows Olga Kurylenko as a cop (I’m assuming she is one of the witnesses) who is being hunted down by the mob boss’ henchmen. Vadhir Derbez co-stars as one of Willis’ right hand men. John Malkovich rounds out the ensemble, and I’m hoping he gets his share of scenery chewing scenes in White Elephant.

“I absolutely love Olga Kurylenko,” said director and co-writer Jesse V. Johnson. “I am so in awe of her ability. She came out, it was very last minute. She was prepped and ready to go. She threw herself into the physical aspects of this film. It’s a lot of tough guys. You have Bruce Willis, John Malkovich, Michael Rooker is playing the lead.”
