Find Your Film hosts Bruce Purkey and Eric Holmes spent a part of their weekend checking out director Alex Garland’s (Annihilation, Ex Machina) new movie Men. Currently on Rotten Tomatoes the critics (75%) and audience score (48%) are on separate tracks.
Written and directed by Alex Garland, Men centers on Harper (Jessie Buckley), a woman who settles in bucolic English countryside. Harper’s goal for relaxation and heal is thwarted by someone in the surrounding woods who might be stalking her. Co-starring Rory Kinnear, Men has garnered its share of acclaim and negative reactions.
